About the Founder

Lori Bell, president and founder of Bell Associates, provides a select group of clients an "insurance company insider" approach to benefits management. This critical perspective is not found in typical broker/consultant practices. Many of those consultants have only worked in the broker/sales space, with little or no exposure to the actual working of the insurance carriers they represent.

Prior to establishing Bell Associates, Lori’s successful career spanned 20 years with operations and sales management positions at top health carriers, including WellPoint, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and Oxford. Lori has dealt directly with thousands of employer groups and their day-to-day benefits needs. Today, Bell Associates offers a wide range of programs and services—from strategic planning, enrollment and communication to financial analysis, budgeting, and renewal negotiations.
